A Sweet Potato's Journey to a Duke's Treat

Before it became an ingredient in our Sweet Potato & Salmon Delight, it was a small slip planted in Texas soil. Here is its story.

Chapter 1: The field

Our sweet potatoes are grown in Texas. A slip takes root, grows through the warm season, and fills out underground into a bright orange root.

Chapter 2: The harvest

When it is ready, it is harvested, cleaned, and sent to us.

Chapter 3: The kitchen

In our Texas kitchen, it meets wild-caught Alaskan salmon and the rest of the recipe, including organic brown rice, organic peanut butter, organic carrots, eggs, chia seed, and flax seed.

Chapter 4: The oven

The treats are shaped and baked in small batches until they turn crunchy and golden.

Chapter 5: The wag

The final chapter is written by your dog: the head tilt at the rustle of the bag, the crunch, and the tail wag.
